Each dish is elaborated and decorated in true gourmet style. We have an ample selection of dishes to cater for all palettes. The principle ingredient of each dish is of course, our chef and owner Jérôme´s experience, creating unique dishes with exquisite and incomparable flavours.

RAW IN WATER
3 tuna preparation = sliced mint tuna + tandoori tuna carpaccio + fried tuna in garlic breadcrumbs with unagui coulis $ 8.70

Home smoked salmon served warm with honey and almond oil, Rosemary goat’s cheese mousse and crisp apple slices with a carrot coulis $ 5.60

Ezpeleta peppered octopus, shellfish coulis and black olive Serrano ham in chips $ 7.00

Sword fish marinated in green apple, parmesan and lemon olive oil.

CHLOROPHYLL
Garden cress, sorrel, rocket and fresh herbs with a César dressing.
Hazelnut oil and balsamic vinegar, brie tempura with ylang honey $ 5.50
